Our Pledge
As we navigated the past two and a half years of the pandemic, we noticed a short coming in the marketplace for healthcare workers when it comes to buying a home. Simply put, there is not enough being done to serve our nurses, doctors, medical support staff and other essential healthcare employees.
With this in mind, we are pleased offer:

How It Works
PROGRAMS AVAILABLE
As our commitment to healthcare workers, we promise to credit you $1,000 towards your closing costs. These funds when applied to your closing costs will directly reduce what is owed by you at the settlement table. We offer this as our gratitude for all that our healthcare workers do for us.
Additionally, the State has multiple programs available to home buyers that can assist with down payment assistance. These programs can range from 3% to 5% in down payment and closing cost help. Additionally, there’s a program that can even help you pay off your student loan debt (up to $50,000). Lastly, if you are looking to purchase a home in Baltimore City your employer may participate in the Live Near Your Work program. This program provides a grant to you at closing depending on your employer’s offerings.
Closing Cost Credits
We offer all Healthcare workers a $1,000 credit towards your closing costs as a gratitude for all that you do for us.
